If you are registered in Japanese Health Insurance.

The consultation and payment method are carried out according to the Japanese medical system.
If this is your first visit to our hospital or revisit after a long absence since your last visit, 5,500 Japanese Yen (JPY) will be added to your co-payment as a first visit special medical care fee.

Before you visit our hospital, please make sure that you bring following items:
・Japanese Health Insurance card
・Referral letter ※Medical Record Handbook
・Resident card or Passport (You may be asked to show when necessary)

If you are NOT enrolled in Japanese Health Insurance.

The consultation and payment method are carried out according to our hospital procedure.
Regarding the medical charge, in addition to 100% of your self-payment amount for medical fees, 20% of the total charge will be added as medical expenses for non-Japanese residents.
If there is any conflict regarding the medical care conducted at this hospital due to the differences of the medical systems between Japan and other foreign countries, we will prioritize following the Japanese Medical system.

Before you visit our hospital, please make sure that you bring following items:
・Photo ID(Passport etc.)
・Travel insurance and/or medical insurance card that you are enrolled in.
・A list of medicines that you are currently taking

For non-Japanese citizens.

All the services you receive at our hospital will be carried out according to our hospital procedure.
In our hospital, we prioritize the care for the patients with emergency conditions followed by the patients with an appointment.
Therefore, after the patients with appointments are handled, we will see walk-in patients as first-come-first-served. This prioritization cannot be altered according to personal matters such as flight schedule or other personal scheduling.
If you need a medical certificate to take to your residential country, please contact us in advance. Please note that our physicians will issue the medical certificate only in Japanese. If you need this certificate written in other than Japanese, please contact our administration. In that case, we may not be able to issue the certification on the same day.

To pay your medical fees, we accept major credit/debit cards, and cash (Japanese Yen only).

If you need a translator for your visit.

In our hospital, we have full-time translators for the following language. (Please note that the service is provided only during these business hours)
If you would like to receive this service during your hospital visit, please contact us before your appointment in order to process smoothly.
English translator Business hours 8:30~17:30

If you need a translator during other than these business hours, please be prepared to either use your own translator, our video conference translation equipment, or translation applications on your cell phone.
If you are making an inquiry by phone, please ask someone who can speak Japanese to contact us.

If you contact us by FAX, please allow us 1~3 days to reply your inquiry.
(Please note that we are not able to answer your inquiry using phone call or FAX on Sundays and Japanese National holidays. Please contact us on the next business day).
